Suplai (suplai.store) আর Suplai অ্যাপ চালায় Nusabi Labs। আপনার দোকান বা অ্যাকাউন্ট আর তার তথ্য দুইভাবে মুছতে পারেন।
১. অ্যাপ থেকে (সাথে সাথে মুছে যায়)
- Suplai অ্যাপে লগইন করুন
- নিচে "আমার দোকান" ট্যাবে যান
- "দোকান ও অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন" চাপুন (কর্মচারীর ক্ষেত্রে "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন")
- পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে "মুছে ফেলুন" চাপুন
২. অ্যাপ ছাড়া (অনুরোধ করে)
অ্যাপ না থাকলে বা পাসওয়ার্ড মনে না থাকলে, যে নম্বর দিয়ে দোকান খুলেছেন সেই নম্বর থেকে WhatsApp করুন (০১৬১৬-০৪৫৮৮৭) অথবা [email protected]এ ইমেইল করুন। লিখুন: দোকানের লিংক (suplai.store/…) আর "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে চাই"। নম্বর যাচাই করে সাধারণত ৭ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেওয়া হয়।
৩. কী মুছে যায়
দোকানের মালিক মুছলে পুরো দোকান মুছে যায়:
- দোকান, দোকানের লিংক আর ভিজিটিং কার্ড
- সব পণ্য আর পণ্যের ছবি
- সব অর্ডার আর কাস্টমারের তালিকা
- হিসাব খাতা: বিক্রি, বাকি, টাকা জমা, খরচ, মাল কেনা, স্টক
- মালিক আর কর্মচারীদের লগইন, নোটিফিকেশন টোকেন ও নিবন্ধনের তথ্য
- দোকানের সব চ্যাট, মেসেজ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট রিপোর্ট
কর্মচারী মুছলে তার নিজের লগইন, নোটিফিকেশন টোকেন, পাঠানো চ্যাট মেসেজ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট রিপোর্ট মুছে যায়; দোকানের ব্যবসায়িক তথ্য থাকে।
৪. কী থেকে যায়
Suplai-কে দেওয়া প্যাকেজের টাকা আর পাঠানো SMS-এর হিসাব আইন ও হিসাবের প্রয়োজনে Suplai-এর কাছে থেকে যায়। এসব রেকর্ডে লেনদেনের তথ্য, প্রাপকের নম্বর ও পাঠানো SMS-এর লেখা থাকতে পারে। বিস্তারিত গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে।
Delete your Suplai account (English)
Suplai is operated by Nusabi Labs. In the app: sign in, open the "আমার দোকান" (My shop) tab, tap "দোকান ও অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন" (Delete shop and account), enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate. Without the app: message us on WhatsApp at +880 1616-045887 from the shop's phone number, or email [email protected] with your shop link; we delete verified requests within 7 days.
When a shop owner deletes, the whole shop is deleted: the shop and its link, products and photos, orders and the customer list, the account book (sales, dues, payments, expenses, purchases, stock), the logins and push tokens of the owner and staff, registration details, and all shop conversations and associated reports. A staff member deleting removes their own login, push tokens, authored chat messages and associated reports; shop business records remain. Records of payments made to Suplai and SMS sent are kept as required for accounting and law; these records may include transaction details, recipient numbers and SMS text.
